About the author

Hi, I’m Priyanka. I needed healthy habits to fit a full life.

I am a full-time working mother of two. After each pregnancy, I took recovery at my own pace. When I felt ready to rebuild a routine, I wanted to eat well and get stronger—but I did not have energy for endless meal variations, daily macro math or constantly changing workouts.

Why I made this site

“The plan that finally worked was the one that asked me to make fewer decisions.”

My experience

Simple enough to repeat. Enjoyable enough to keep.

I chose a breakfast and lunch I genuinely liked, calculated their protein and calories once, and made them my defaults. Together they usually gave me about 80–85 grams of protein before dinner. Dinner could stay flexible, and days out did not need to be perfect.

I have eaten my egg-white breakfast for seven months. It does not feel boring because it tastes good to me and removes a decision from a busy morning. I paired this approach with three familiar strength workouts each week—Push, Pull and Legs—and tried to add a controlled rep or a little weight over time.

This routine helped me lose more than 30 pounds after each of my two pregnancies. That is my experience, not a promise that another person will have the same outcome. Bodies, recoveries, health conditions, resources and goals differ.

Who I am writing for first

Indian women balancing work, home, children and themselves.

The first recipes and guides are being developed for Indian women living in India and the United States, followed by busy women across the US. That means including familiar vegetarian and eggetarian foods, measurements that work in both kitchens, and realistic substitutions when brands or ingredients differ.

The method is not about eating one menu forever. It is about finding a few defaults that work in your life, rotating them when you want, and saving your attention for the people and priorities that need it.
