How this site is made

Useful personal experience, without pretending it is personal medical advice.

Strong on Repeat separates Priyanka’s lived experience from calculated examples and general education. This page explains how numbers, claims, sources, reviews and corrections are handled.

01

Personal experience

What Priyanka ate, did or observed is written in first person and does not promise the same result for someone else.

02

Calculated example

Protein and calorie totals are estimates based on stated portions, product labels and food-composition sources.

03

General education

Health or training context uses reputable primary or government sources and stays within the source’s scope.

04

Professional review

A page is called professionally reviewed only when a named qualified reviewer has examined that specific page.

Nutrition methodology

How protein and calories are estimated

  1. State a usable portion. Recipes name the serving, brand when relevant, and whether a food is raw, cooked or prepared with added fat.
  2. Prefer the closest source. A current package label is used for branded products. General US foods are checked against USDA FoodData Central. Indian foods are checked against the ICMR–National Institute of Nutrition’s Indian Food Composition Tables when the food and preparation match.
  3. Show uncertainty. Ranges are used when scoop size, yogurt type, cooking fat, produce size or regional recipe variation can materially change the answer.
  4. Let the reader’s label win. The number on the product and portion actually eaten is more useful than a generic web value.
  5. Recheck after material edits. Changed ingredients, portions or brands require the page totals and “last updated” date to be reviewed again.

Important: “100g protein” is Priyanka’s personal example and a content theme, not a universal target. Appropriate intake depends on the individual and may require guidance from a qualified professional.

Claims and scope

What we will—and will not—say

  • Personal results are described as personal results, never guaranteed outcomes.
  • Calories and protein are estimates, not individualized prescriptions.
  • Postpartum content does not tell a reader when she is medically ready to diet or exercise.
  • Exercise examples do not prescribe Priyanka’s weights, sets or progression to everyone.
  • We do not diagnose, treat or claim to prevent a health condition.

Professional review policy

No implied credentials

Priyanka is not a registered dietitian, physician or personal trainer. At launch, the site is published as personal experience and practical food examples; its pages have not been professionally reviewed unless a page explicitly says otherwise.

If a registered dietitian, physician, physiotherapist or qualified fitness professional reviews a page in the future, that page will name the reviewer, credentials, review date and scope. One review will not be presented as approval of the entire site.

Commercial disclosure

No paid placements today

The site currently has no affiliate links, sponsorships or paid product placements. If that changes, the relationship will be disclosed clearly near the relevant recommendation.

Tools and authorship

Priyanka remains accountable

Drafting and formatting tools may assist. Priyanka chooses the topics, supplies the first-hand experience, checks the meaning and approves publication. Nutrition numbers are checked against the sources described above.

Corrections

Fix the page, show the date

Material corrections will be made on the page and reflected in its updated date. A dedicated reader contact channel will be added before commercial launch.

Current status

This is a living policy for a new, personal-experience site.

It will expand as Indian and US recipe sources, reader feedback, qualified reviewers and any commercial relationships are added.
